**Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:
In nauwe samenwerking met de teamcoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
Technisch onderhoud van het gebouw:

- Monitoren van alarmmeldingen van het gebouw en snel reageren op alarmmeldingen (brand en andere) 's avonds en in het weekend.
- Toezicht houden op bouwwerkzaamheden in het weekend om ervoor te zorgen dat deze worden voltooid en dat de normen worden nageleefd.
- Planning van en toezicht op het onderhoud van de infrastructuur van het gebouw, inclusief kleine werkzaamheden, contractonderhoud en coördinatie met aannemers.
- Beheer van het onderhoud van verwarmings-, ventilatie
- en airconditioningsystemen, sanitaire blokken en andere facilitaire componenten om een optimale werking te garanderen.

Contracten administratie:

- Verwerken en opvolgen van facturen van aannemers, zorgen voor accurate en tijdige betalingen.

Coördinatie van apparatuur en bedrijfsmiddelen:

- Problemen oplossen en reparaties regelen voor kantoorapparatuur zoals Nespresso-apparaten.
- Beheer van poolauto's, zorgen dat deze beschikbaar zijn en dat het onderhoud volgens schema verloopt.

Verzekeringsbeheer:

- Afhandelen van verzekeringsclaims en opvolgen van gerapporteerde verliezen of incidenten.

Interne coördinatie:

- Vergemakkelijken van interne verhuizingen, inclusief organisatie en materiaalverplaatsing, met mínimale onderbreking voor het personeel.
- Coördineren met het cateringteam.
- Het beheren van de interne schoonmaak na vergaderingen en evenementen, om ervoor te zorgen dat de ruimtes op een hoog niveau worden gehouden.

Rapportage en administratie:

- Genereren en indienen van budgetopdrachten en follow-up rapporten in het Agresso systeem.

**Je profiel**:

- Ervaring in een technische omgeving is een must.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van Frans en/of Engels.
- Sterke organisatorische en multitasking vaardigheden.
- Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken in een snelle omgeving.
- Detailgericht met analytische vaardigheden.
- Bereidheid om buiten de standaardtijden te werken als dat nodig is voor operationele behoeften.
- Een proactieve benadering van probleemoplossing en besluitvorming.
- Relevante opleiding in facilitair management heeft de voorkeur.
