**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Binnen de marktleidende business line Employee Benefits & Health Care is het team Risk onder meer verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren en beheren van de risico's, waarbij interne controletaken een essentiële rol spelen.
Om dat team te versterken zoeken we nu een **Internal Control Risk Officer**.
- Je neemt deel aan **de ontwikkeling van de **interne controlestrategie van het departement.
- Je **plant, coördineert en voert** interne controleopdrachten uit.
- **Kwaliteit en voortdurende verbetering** zijn de motto's voor je analyses**.**:

- Je formuleert **aanbevelingen** en** volgt **ze op, net als de aanbevelingen van de afdelingen Compliance en Interne audit.
- Je **evalueert de governance-,** risicobeheer
- en controleprocessen en **bereidt rapporten voor** voor het management van de business line.
- Je ondersteunt het management in de **analyse en opvolging van de operationele en frauderisico's** binnen de business line.
- Om de cultuur van **'Risk awareness'** te versterken, breng je regelmatig verslag uit over de interne controleactiviteiten en maak je je AG-collega's bewust van bepaalde problematieken (gegevensbescherming, fraudebestrijding enz.).

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je hebt een **eerste ervaring** met procesauditing, interne controle en/of risicobeheer.
- Heb je ook ervaring op het gebied van **groepsverzekeringen**? Absoluut een plus
- Je hebt ervaring met **projectmanagement**. **Microsoft Office** heeft geen geheimen voor jou.
- **Autonomie, teamgeest en een focus op kwaliteit, resultaten en klanten maken** deel uit van je DNA.
- Je bent een analist **, technicus en communicator**. Kortom, een echte duizendpoot.
- 's Morgens een vergadering in **het Frans**, 's middags een presentatie in **het Nederlands** en 's namiddags een verslag opstellen in **het Engels**? Da’s jouw dada.
- Je behaalde bij voorkeur een universitair diploma (master).
