G4S Secure Technology Solutions biedt haar klanten veiligheidsoplossingen op maat dankzij een doorgedreven technologische kennis en een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening.

Binnen deze business unit zorgt het team van Systems Operations voor de totale dienstverlening op vlak van veiligheidssystemen bij onze klanten. Wij bieden oplossingen op verschillende vlakken: inbraakdetectie, toegangscontrole, branddetectie, camerabewaking (CCTV). En dit voor een waaier aan klanten gaande van multinationals tot particulieren in heel België. G4S biedt een 7/7 24/24 service aan onze klanten.

Als
**projectleider**
**SOHO** (Small Offices / Home Offices) ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en opvolging van projecten bij particulieren en kleine bedrijven binnen de afdeling Security System. Op dit moment zoeken we een projectleider in heel België.
- Je bereidt projecten goed voor door het juiste materiaal op tijd te bestellen, de voorraad op peil te houden en door een realistische uitvoeringsplanning in overleg met de klant op te maken.
- Je stelt prioriteiten in functie van de te realiseren doelstellingen;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de vooropgestelde deadlines worden nageleefd;
- Je coördineert de samenwerking met onderaannemers en interne diensten;
- Je voert periodieke evaluaties uit en stuurt de technici aan;
- Je zorgt dat jouw team van technici over de juiste opleidingen, attesten en veiligheidsinstructies beschikt en stelt de nodige technische documentatie ter beschikking;
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en garandeert een goede oplevering van het project;
- Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging van projecten inclusief rapportering;
- Je houdt jezelf graag op de hoogte van de evoluties binnen jouw betreffende vakdomein;
- Je waakt voor de veiligheid en het welzijn op het werk van al de medewerkers op de werkplaats door o.a. mee te werken aan de risicoanalyse van de werf/site.

**Wat we zoeken**:

- Je hebt een Bachelor Elektronica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt minimum drie jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie;
- Je beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten en ervaring in projectmanagement;
- Je hebt een ruime technische kennis;
- Je hebt een relevante kennis van informatica tools zoals SAP;
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, met een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels;
- Je bent van nature uit een stressbestendig persoon die in staat is om problemen te analyseren en een allesomvattende oplossing te bedenken;
- Je bent klantgericht en je respecteert deadlines;
- Je werkt vaak vanuit het bureau en hebt nauw telefonisch contact met de klant;
- Je bent administratief erg sterk.
