Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?- De afdeling “account payable” is verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van facturen en creditnota’s van leveranciers van NMBS.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Als medewerker van het team Accounts Payable komt u tussen bij de behandeling van de leveranciersfacturen vanaf het moment van de ontvangst tot op het moment van de vrijgave voor betaling.- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de behandeling van facturen van bepaalde specifieke leveranciers.
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan de lokale boekhouders van de gedecentraliseerde werkplaatsen van NMBS.
- Je analyseert het behandelingsproces van de leveranciersfacturen en je doet verbeteringsvoorstellen.
- Je staat in voor het Goedkeuren van boekhoudkundige gegevens in orders.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma in accountancy of je zal hierover beschikken op het moment van de aanwerving.
- Indien je je diploma in het buitenland hebt behaald, moet je in het bezit zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest.- Ervaring bij een interne boekhoudafdeling is een troef.
- Je beschikt over kennis van SAP (module MM en/of AP) ; een opleiding “on the job" is evenwel voorzien.
- Je werkt graag in groep.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken.
- Je neemt initiatieven en beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidszin.
- Je werkt op een gestructureerde manier in functie van de objectieven en rekening houdend met de opgelegde deadlines.
- Je bent flexibel en houdt van uitdagingen.
