**About the Unit**:
Yara Clean Ammonia (YCA) is a global segment within Yara with the objective to commercialize, develop and capture growth opportunities within clean hydrogen and ammonia production, transport, market and distribution. The unit includes activities related to Upstream Projects &Technology, Commercial development of New Markets for Ammonia, Trade & Shipping, Product & Portfolio Management, and Central Expert and Support functions. To fully develop the business potential, the segment will also explore partnerships and collaboration with external parties, while ensuring the important role that ammonia plays in Yara’s integrated business model.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote clean ammonia as a clean fuel through wide spectrum networking and hunting activities, including participation in conferences and workshops
- Initial point of contact for ammonia bunkering related networking, relationship building and BD conversations
- Create overview and understanding of the bunkering environment of ARA region (conventional and alternative fuels), including the relevant regulatory stakeholders
- Actively feed into the YCA strategy pertaining to ARA, as well as the target to lift shipping corridors (mainly connecting to and leveraging of Singapore and Scandinavian potential demand)
- Identification of early mover/forward leaning stakeholders throughout the clean ammonia value chain connected to the potential ammonia (bunker) market
- Create recommendations on required bunkering supply chain and infrastructure to efficiently and cost effectively connect to end-consumers
- Data gathering, data analysis, data interpretation leading to recommendations towards next steps including priority setting
- Actively feed into the YCA strategy pertaining to ARA region
- Translate YCA strategic roadmaps into concrete projects (including time lines and milestones) leading to volumes commitments
- Effectively liaise and exchange information with partners in JIP and/or associations where YCA is involved while maintaining the strategic and BD narrative of YCA
- Collaborate with/ provide input to regulatory fora wherein ammonia bunker regulations/standards are on the agenda
**Profile**:
- BSc degree in Shipping and/or Logistics and/or Port Management
- Thorough understanding of the ARA bunker markets
- Sustainable logistics (preferably maritime)
- Collaboration with branch organizations, associations, NGO
- Public speaking and effective communication skills
- ~5 years experience in bunkering and/or shipping and/or ports
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in working across cultural and geographical boundaries
- Experience with network building and emerging markets BD, preferable related to alternative fuels or sustainable ship technology
- Having experience in a specific shipping segment next to the expertise related to bunkering will be viewed as a plus

- Proven stakeholder management skills juggling requirements from multiple stakeholders - internal and external
- Fluency in English is required.
