**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- _ Maintain adequate stock levels of assigned inventory items. Revise/Update essential ERP item data to ensure the proper calculation of inventory demand signals_
- _ Prepare and processes various purchasing related documents, e.g. requisitions, orders, and agreements. Incorporate forecast information and historical usage rates to develop and distribute RFQ/RFP/RFI documents to qualified bidders_
- _ Reduce cost, increase quality, and improve service by reducing the number of suppliers and consolidating purchasing power (supplier rationalization)_
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- _ Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a science related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent by experience_
- _ Minimum of 2 years of progressive work experience managing supply chain, logistics, or purchasing functions on behalf of an organization is preferred._
- _ Ability to read, write and speak Dutch and English fluently._
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
- _ Microsoft Office_
- _ SAP _

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
