**Binnen de dienst Youth Engagement en Mobilisation, deel van het departement Public Engagement, spoor je als Event Campaigner jongeren van 16 tot 35 jaar aan zich in te zetten rond de thema’s van Oxfam: de strijd voor klimaatrechtvaardigheid, tegen ongelijkheid, voor gendergelijkheid, voor het recht op voedselJe doet dit zowel tijdens fysieke evenementen als via digitale campagnes.**
**Je belangrijkste taak in de maanden juni/juli/augustus bestaat uit de voorbereiding, opvolging en uitvoering van de campagne tijdens de festivalzomer in België. Via deze campagne probeert Oxfam het Belgische publiek te sensibiliseren en mobiliseren om in actie te komen tegen ongelijkheid en armoede.**

**Taakomschrijving**:
Als Event Campaigner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

- Logistieke voorbereiding en uitvoering van offline acties binnen de publiekscampagnes van Oxfam België: festivals, media-acties, betogingen, conferenties/debatten,;
- Ontwikkeling en uitvoering van de publiekscampagnes voor verschillende doelgroepen (jongeren, vrijwilligers en het breed publiek) in lijn met de prioriteiten van het Strategisch Plan van Oxfam België en van de confederatie Oxfam International;
- Ondersteuning bij de ontwikkeling en het up-to-date houden van digitale sensibiliserings
- Evaluatie van de campagnes en campagne-activiteiten;

Tijdens de festivalcampagne neem je actief deel aan de sensibiliseringsactie, met een team jonge vrijwilligers, en ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van de zomercampagne,
- De logistieke coördinatie,
- De vorming, begeleiding en opvolging van de vrijwilligers,
- Het contact en de afspraken met de festivalorganisatie en eventuele andere organisaties ter plaatse,
- De regelmatige opvolging van de resultaten,
- Het bijsturen van de prioriteiten in functie van de resultaten,
- Het oplossen van eventuele operationele problemen ter plaatse en/of in de voorbereiding.

**Profiel**:

- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je bent sterk in organisatie, stressbestendig en in staat om te werken met korte deadlines;
- Je hebt interesse in de Noord-Zuid problematiek en de thema’s van Oxfam (Climate
- en gender justice, ongelijkheid,);
- Je bent enthousiast, extravert en hebt ervaring met spreken voor publiek (ervaring in het aanspreken van mensen op straat of tijdens evenementen is een meerwaarde);
- Je hebt affiniteit met de prioritaire doelgroep van de publiekscampagnes van Oxfam België: jonge _digital natives_ die vlot en vaak via sociale media communiceren (16-35j);
- Je hebt een heel goede kennis van het Frans en het Nederlands, en goede redactionele capaciteiten in één van deze talen. Je hebt een goed begrip van het Engels.
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om het merendeel van de weekends in juli en augustus te werken;
- Het fysieke aspect van logistieke taken (in
- en uitladen van een camionette, opzetten en afbreken van een event-stand,) schrikt je niet af;
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en hebt ervaring met het besturen van een camionnette.
- Je herkent jezelf in de waarden, visie en missie van Oxfam België.

- Een maandelijks brutosalaris dat in lijn ligt met de ngo-sector van mínimaal € 674,77 en maximaal € 4.453,23 (voor 30 jaar nuttige ervaring).
