**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**
**Main Contributions**:
- Participates in the development phase of projects
- Organizes and executes projects to expand, improve & secure the operability of the Air Liquide pipeline Network, according to scope, available resources, and budget
- Designs & executes pipelines with its sectioning and metering stations
- Engineering & construction follow-up until mechanical completion
- Manages the project in line with the internal processes
- Guides the permitting process
- Prepares technical specifications, drawings/P&IDs/isometrics
- Prepares scope of works to contractors for pipeline construction, metering and sectioning stations.
- Performs review of suppliers' documents offers and quotations.
- Manages the construction activities and ensures their supervision and coordination.
- Performs site survey and follows the execution process
- Formalizes all the necessary project documentation (Scope, planning, budget,...) up to project closure, including the as-built documentation
- Guides the start-up & handover process
- Organizes regular project steering committees to validate management decisions and communicates project progress to the various stakeholders
- Is a contributor to a consistent documentation system and provides good transfer of project documentation
- Share good practices and lessons learned during project execution and after project closure through project capitalization reviews
**Authority/Responsibility**:
- Drives and organizes the projects in order to respect safety, quality, scope, budget, and schedule
- Takes any immediate action necessary to guarantee safety during the project execution
- Take actions in case of unforeseen risks, events or scope changes, with tsupport of concerned internal or external services
- Regular reporting to operational teams of progress planning & budget of project.
- Assemble the as-built documentation at project hand-over to operational services
- Finish punch list of project
- Inform Lead Project Manager in case of problems or project scope changes.
**Are you a MATCH?
**Required Knowledge & Experience**:
- Experience in Industrial/Construction Project development and/or execution
- Knowledge of underground pipeline construction
- Knowledge of norms and standards in the pipeline industry
- University degree in mechanical or civil engineering
- Work experience in a similar position
- Safety & environmental awareness
- Building and maintaining good working relations with suppliers, customers, and operations.
- Proactivity
- Good coordination, communication & relational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong technical background (mechanical and/or process)
- Being a generalist, able to rely on your own technical skills to make good and safe action plans
- Languages: Fluency in English and Dutch. French is a plus
