Möbius begeleidt al jarenlang Customer Experience transformaties en door onze bewezen ervaring ondersteunen we fabrikanten, distributeurs en dienstverlenende organisaties bij het bepalen en bereiken van de ideale Customer Experience Strategie.

Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen en ons team nog impactvoller te maken zijn we op zoek naar een **Customer Experience Consultant.**
- Als Customer Experience Consultant:
- sta je in voor het verzamelen en analyseren van klanteninzichten via kwantitatief en kwalitatief marktonderzoek.
- vertaal je klanteninzichten naar de juiste Customer Experience Strategie.
- ga je via Persona en Customer Journey Mapping de ultieme klantenreis vertalen naar de ideale interne werking (teams, processen en systemen).
- zal je samenwerken met projectteamleden bij Möbius alsook bij de klant en alle stakeholders op de hoogte houden van de evolutie van het project.
- heb je de ambitie om een cultuur van continue verbetering, innovatie en drive voor perfectie uit te dragen binnen en buiten ons bedrijf.

Onze ideale Customer Experience Consultantheeft 3 tot 5 jaar projectervaring binnen één van de volgende domeinen:

**Customer Experience, Marktonderzoek, Customer Service Redesign,...**
***bij voorkeur in verschillende sectoren
-heeft een sterke analytische mindset die excelleert in kwalitatief en kwantitatief onderzoek
-beschikt over sterke Excel
- en PowerPoint-skills
-heeft de nodige netwerking-skills om vertrouwen op te bouwen bij klanten en leads/prospecten
-heeft sterke communicatie-skills in het Nederlands en bij voorkeur goede kennis van het Frans en Engels
-beschikt over een goed gevoel voor humor, de nodige hoeveelheid zelfrelativering en positieve energie
