**JOB DESCRIPTION** Introduction**
As the Sales Support Associate you will be responsible for supporting the dynamic and fast-growing Benelux portfolio of Banks, Asset Managers, FinTech, Broker Dealers, Public Sector,Clients. This role will enhance your Payments knowledge through thoughtful engagement with our Clients providing account, liquidity & Foreign Exchange (FX) solutions.
**Job Summary**
As a Sales Associate, you will be joining a well-established front office team within the Brussels office. The Sales Associate will work closely with Payments Sales Managers to support our Clients on all aspects of their Payments journey. In the role, you will coordinate with internal colleagues to manage deals from inception through to completion. This is a fast paced and diverse role that involves supporting our existing Clients and in parallel, identifying new business opportunities through regular Client engagements, conferences and connectivity within the payments community.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Implementation and Operational teams to provide the best-in-class service to our Clients.
- Support the internal teams and Clients during the on-boarding process including Know your Client (KYC) processes, product and billing set up
- Be involved in the preparation of Client account plans, briefing memos, portfolio management reporting and marketing material (pitch books, presentations, and slip sheets)
- Internally collate relevant information for preparation of Client reviews, requests for proposal or information and strategy sessions
- Analyse portfolio revenue, balances and pipeline data to deliver reports to senior management
- Run Client-focused internal projects
- Conduct research on existing Client portfolios and prospective Clients
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Understanding of Payments, Treasury, and the wider FIG landscape, both commercially, as well as regulatory; and a desire and willingness to learn more.
- First class English communication skills both written and oral with confidence to speak with all levels of seniority
- Ability to demonstrate your strong & proactive organizational, time management and planning skills. A track record of accurate execution and ownership.
- Ability to demonstrate your in depth analytical, technical, written and presentation skills
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- A good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus, not a must
- Willingness to travel for short trips in the Benelux/Europe region, from time to time (total of 1 week per quarter, indicatively)
- Client facing experience is preferred
