En tant qu'administrateur de la mobilité internationale et des avantages sociaux, vous serez chargé de gérer et de suivre les processus de mobilité internationale des expatriés pour le groupe. Vous vous assurez que tous les aspects liés aux missions internationales des expatriés sont traités efficacement : contrats, rémunération, fiscalité, organisation de la relocalisation, formalités administratives locales, facturation et suivi budgétaire.
En tant qu'expert, vous vous assurez de la cohérence de la politique de mobilité interne et de son adéquation avec la stratégie du groupe.
**Description**
Vos responsabilités:
Politiques et processus de mobilité internationale
- Vous participez activement à l'optimisation de la politique de mobilité internationale du groupe Fluxys.
- Vous contribuez à l'établissement de benchmarks et formulez des propositions basées sur l'analyse de ces benchmarks.
- Vous maintenez à jour les processus et procédures de mobilité internationale.
- Vous êtes responsable du bon déroulement du processus de gestion des performances des expatriés.
- Vous serez également la personne de contact des employés lors de leurs déplacements à l'étranger et vous effectuerez les formalités nécessaires.
Administration des expatriés
- Vous préparez les prévisions budgétaires et les propositions salariales
- Vous rédigez les contrats de détachement et assurez le suivi des clauses contractuelles en collaboration avec les juristes du département des ressources humaines.
- Vous collaborez avec les consultants impliqués dans la gestion des questions spécifiques liées aux expatriés (immigration, relocalisation, paiement des impôts étrangers, etc.)
- Vous serez la personne de contact pour les employés expatriés et répondrez à leurs
questions relatives à leur rémunération et aux aspects pratiques de leur expatriation.
- Vous serez responsable du suivi de la facturation entre les différentes filiales du groupe.
Suivi budgétaire
- Vous établissez et analysez le budget des missions à l'étranger.
- Vous suivez le budget du département Compensation & Benefits du groupe.
- Vous coordonnez et suivez le paiement des factures.
**Profile**
Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous devrez:
- D'un master en économie, gestion ou droit, ou d'une expérience équivalente.
- une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et une bonne connaissance du français et/ou du néerlandais
- Une expérience professionnelle antérieure, idéalement dans un département international de ressources humaines
- Une affinité avec le droit du travail
- Fortes capacités d'analyse, de réflexion critique et de synthèse
- Une approche méticuleuse avec une attention particulière aux détails.
- Une approche proactive
- Excellentes capacités de communication adaptées à un environnement multiculturel
- Un engagement à respecter la confidentialité des données que vous traitez.
- Maîtrise de MS Office, en particulier Excel
