Voor het Start People kantoor “Student Process Outsourcing” zijn we momenteel op zoek naar nieuwe collega's
**HR Planners**.
Als **HR planner **ben je verantwoordelijk voor het invullen van vacatures bij klanten van Start People in diverse sectoren. Door actief te zoeken, ontmoet je de beste studenten en maak je de juiste match. De planning en selectie van studenten gebeuren via talrijke telefonische contacten. Naast deze telefonische contacten heb je ook vaak contact met collega's en klanten.
Jouw uitdaging?
Als gedreven HR Planner help je klanten van Start People verder door de beste studenten aan het werk te zetten.Als een echte ondernemer zorg je ervoor dat jouw vacatures snel en kwalitatief worden ingevuld.Door middel van screening en testing identificeer je de vaardigheden en verwachtingen van kandidaten en selecteer jij de ideale kandidaat student voor de juiste vacature.Eenmaal de puzzelstukjes in elkaar gezet zijn, blijf je verantwoordelijk voor de studenten die jij aan het werk zet en blijf je hen opvolgen en evalueren.Om te kunnen anticiperen op de vacatures van de klanten, schrik je er niet voor terug om jouw commerciële flair aan te wenden om een reservepool aan te leggen. Op die manier zorg je mee voor een gezonde groei van het Start People kantoor.De sleutel tot het uitgroeien naar een goede uitzendconsulent (m/v/x)? Het uitbouwen van duurzame en vruchtbare relaties met jouw klanten en mee uitgroeien tot de
