We are serving small to Enterprise customers and shaking things up in the district heating and cooling market. Without major investment, billing and cost allocation of collective heat and other energy types is fully automated. **Main responsibilities**
- Oversee the entire invoicing process, from creation to distribution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Play a crucial role in preparing detailed monthly financial statements, providing essential insights into our financial health and performance
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our HR department by handling administrative tasks, supporting our team with tasks such as employee records and documentation
- Take charge of preparing schedules for vendor payments, ensuring that obligations are met promptly and efficiently
- Monitor customer invoices, ensuring payments are received on time and addressing any discrepancies that may arise

- A basic understanding of accounting, strong administrative skills, comfortable with numerical data
- Eager to learn and a proactive mindset
- Adaptable to dynamic environments and capable of managing shifting priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Excel, able to manipulate data and create reports effectively
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills in both languages
