**What are you going to do?**
- You develop a strategy and quarterly marketing plan, that entails our hero moments and always-on campaigns. Afterwards, you are responsible for implementing the quarterly plan and use it as an inbound marketing lead magnet
- You are our internal journalist: you take care of the gathering, filtering and creation of content (website, blog, webinar, a video case about a customer, etc.) and you spread the content thanks to a performance-driven media mix (social media, newsletter, linkedin, etc.)
- You create and manage content-based activation campaigns in consultation with the teams and Industry Leads.
- You are responsible for writing the digital monthly or quarterly newsletter and sending it to our clients and prospects.
- You spot (marketing)trends in the market and link those to the offerings we established.
- In terms of SEO, SEA, and performance marketing, you have at least a strong basic knowledge that you want to develop further.
- You evaluate the results of our marketing actions and you make suggestions on how to improve them.
- You follow up on the marketing plan and have a close loop with the team in order to establish the future marketing vision.
**Profile we’re looking for**
- You preferably obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Communication
- You have more than five years of relevant marketing experience.
- Your English is fluent both in speech and writing.
- We don't have to explain to you why and how content marketing works, why marketing automation exists or why we should invest in organic traffic. We are open to learning from you
- You’re like an innovation journalist: you love to hunt for good stories and visual content and you don’t settle until you find what you need.
- You know how to filter quality out of quantity.
- You like to talk with and challenge our directors and team members and use their knowledge and insights to your advantage, you are our spider in the web.
- Social media has no secrets for you.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Familiar with tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Sketch, Invision, and Principle
- Motivated, proactive, creative, and inspiring
- A team player but you can work autonomously, as you are our marketing department
- Experience in the field of design and/or innovation is a plus, but not a must
