**FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING**:
Voor onze klant, een gerenommeerde en stabiele onderneming uit Gullegem, zijn wij op zoek naar een business proces designer / IT verantwoordelijke. Dit zijn enkele onderdelen van jouw uitgebreid takenpakket: - business processen: - In het kader van het continu streven van onze klant naar optimalisatie van hun processen help je mee aan de analyse van de huidige werking en doe je voorstellen om die te verbeteren. Je gebruikt hierbij zowel bestaande als nieuwe IT tools. - Samen met de verantwoordelijke van een proces breng je projecten tot een goed einde. In alle stappen van het project is communicatie en opleiding cruciaal. - Onderhoud en up to date houden IT infrastructuur: -uitrollen van nieuwe handware componenten ( laptop, smartphones,... ). Je maakt hierbij onder andere gebruik van Microsoft intune. -problemen met de software kunnen aanpakken, indien nodig met wat externe hulp. - aanmaken van gebruiker op hun platform (office 365, cloud toepassingen,...) - je pakt de problemen op hun platform in handen en helpt je collega's op weg. -Complexere of kritische IT taken zoals het importeren van artikelgegevens in onze SAP database, oplossen van een database error,.... -In het kader van hun academy help je aan opleidingen zodat elke medewerker de nodige IT vaardigheden kan aanleren nodig voor jouw functie.

**PROFIEL**:
Waarmee overtuig je hen van jou talent? - Je hebt een bachelor/ master diploma of een relevante ervaring. - Je kan goed luisteren, vragen stelle, probleemoplossend denken en technische materie eenvoudig uitleggen. - Je krijgt energie bij het oplossen van de problemen en het op weg helpen van mensen. - Je kunt goed met office 365 werken ( sharepoint, power automate en apps )en je leert en werkt graag met nieuwe IT tools. - ervaring met active directory, salesforce, api connecties,... is een plus punt. -Je communiceert goed in het Nederlands en in het Engels. -Je bent zelfstandig en flexibel, met een hands-on mentaliteit en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. -Je werkt graag vanuit een goede organisatie en projectaanpak. -De beste resultaten behaal je in team, je communiceert goed, je kan mensen motiveren en coachen. je bent een teamplayer met echte people skills. -Je bent klaar om de nodige opleidingen te volgen. -Je bent ambitieus en wil samen met hen een hoger niveau groeien.
