Guest Relations Medewerker Nh Collection Brussels

Als **Guest Relations Medewerker** streef je ernaar om elke gast zich Extraordinary (buitengewoon) voelt. In deze functie staat het bieden van een excellente servicevoor iedere gast centraal, waarbij persoonlijk contact met hotelgasten essentieel is. Je werkt nauw samen met alle afdelingen in het hotel. Bovendien help je bij de ontwikkelling van een uitgebreid programma voor VIP-gasten, waarbij je een natuurlijke "drive" hebt om gasten te verrassen. Ook neem je deel aan het controleren en naleven van de binnen de NH Hotel Group gestelde kwaliteitsnormen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van klachten, het beantwoorden van alle vragen en verzoeken van gasten en je reageert op alle online reviews die gasten plaatsen over het hotel.

- Je bent een natuurlijke gastheer en hebt een groot hart voor gastvrijheid
- Je bent altijd een stap voor en overtreft graag de verwachtingen van de gasten. "Nee" is geen optie voor jou;
- Je krijgt energie van de omgang met collega's en gasten uit verschillende culturen, je hebt een positieve instelling en oog voor detail;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels en goede kennis van het Frans. Elke andere taal wordt als een pluspunt beschouwd
