**We are looking for a business controller **B2C **distribution and sales**
The controller challenges & validates the financial targets the company sets with respect to the different sales channels (shops, web, partners).
The controller monitors & reports on the performance of the value drivers that influence the ability of the company to reach its targets.
**Ready to turn this challenge into a success **?**:
- You gather, challenge and validate the B2C sales strategy (i.e. channel & product sales mix definition) and the sales incentive plan (i.e. commission schemes) in order to make accurate forecasts.
- You analyze deviations between actual and forecasted performance and make recommendations towards business and controlling management. Next to that, you ensure an end-to-end view of the B2C distribution costs and run profitability analysis by channel/product in order to recommend the best strategy to be rolled out.
- You monitor the commercial performance and develop a logic of payback/ROI once validating the remuneration scheme.
- You validate financially investment and expense decisions in order to ensure that company decisions create value & are in line with budget guidelines.
- You develop & maintain value simulation tools used for pre or post validation of financial decisions.
- Even more, you also coordinate the financial matters of your domain across B2C department & act as financial advisor for the department and/or domain.
- Last but not least, you ensure a strong partnership with reporting team and accounting
- You’ve a well-developed financial expertise: P&L and balance sheet knowledge, use of dedicated software (Excel, Oracle), business case & value simulation tools.
- Technical: preferably and understanding of telecom industry
- You’ve a commercial and marketing knowledge/experience, being a professional business partner
- No direct people management, but preferably a project management experience in an agile way of working with an excellent team spirit
- University degree in Economics preferred with 1-3 years relevant experience in Controlling within the service sector
- Marketing and/or sales experience is an asset
**You have also the right attitude**:
- You’re motivated, hands-on attitude, autonomous with an analytical approach,
- You’re able to communicate, convince & influence in English and in French and/or Dutch (written also).
- You’re recognized as being open minded, results-oriented, eager to learn with a strong interest in the business.
