Notre client est un investisseur et gestionnaire immobilier, possédant un portefeuille d'actifs situés dans différents pays. Il est spécialisé dans l'immobilier commercial, et plus particulièrement dans les bureaux et commerces.
Description

La fonction se répartit entre la création et l’organisation des activités marketing et un travail d’assistance à la gestion immobilière quotidienne.

De bonnes connaissances en marketing digital sont requises, en revanche, les connaissances immobilières approfondies ne sont pas en indispensables.

**Les principaux objectifs de la fonction sont**:
Relation quotidienne avec les locataires (commerces & bureaux) - Etablir une relation de confiance et de proximité avec les différents commerçants, locataires et utilisateurs du lieu.
Evènementiel - Coordonner des événements locaux de façon à augmenter la fréquentation des lieux. Les événements seront organisés avec les commerçants et le calendrier des manifestations de la ville de Liège, en collaboration avec des agences d’event spécialisées. (création de +/- 6 Event par an).
Community Management (réseaux sociaux & site internet) - Sous la responsabilité de l’équipe de marketing et de communication, gérer et relayer les messages et promotions sur les réseaux sociaux sur Facebook, Instagram. Faire des mises à jour du site web du centre, l’enrichir de nouveaux contenus.
Création - Travailler avec une agence de design pour concevoir des campagnes et du matériel promotionnel pertinents pour les réseaux sociaux, le site web et l’événementiel.
Gestion immobilière - Assister les gestionnaires immobiliers en coordonnant les nombreux prestataires qui interviennent sur le site (techniciens, entreprises de rénovation, agents immobiliers, architectes, bureau d’études et de contrôle,)
Rôle d’ambassadeur - Le responsable de centre est appelé à jouer un rôle clef et deviendra rapidement un ambassadeur quotidien de notre client a Liège. Il veillera à ce que le centre soit bien géré et bien représenté dans la ville.
