**Over jouw nieuwe werkgever**
Onze klant is een wereldleider in hun segment, actief in de chemische sector, en werkt vanuit Beerse. Ter uitbreiding van hun team zoeken wij samen met hen naar een customer care medewerker die op korte termijn kan starten.

**Jouw functie**
Samen met onze klant is Hays Herentals op zoek naar een service gerichte customer care medewerker:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van inbound vragen van klanten
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten zowel via mail als telefoon en geeft hen advies op maat
- Voor meer technische of specifieke vragen zal je jouw contactpersoon op een enthousiaste manier doorverwijzen naar de juiste afdeling
- Verder zoek je naar de correcte oplossing bij problemen en ondersteun je de buitendienst waar nodig, dit door offertes op te maken en mee commercieel te denken met de klant
- Je registreert alles correct in SAP en houdt klantgegevens up-to-date
- Kortom, een uitdagende functie waarbij je jouw sociale vaardigheden ten volle kan benutten

**Jouw profiel**
- Secundair diploma of hoger
- Eerste ervaring in een klantendienst functie, callcenter omgeving is een grote plus
- Schoolverlaters zijn ook welkom
- Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en commercieel ingesteld
- Je hebt geen schrik om te bellen en bent administratief ook sterk
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans is een meerwaarde
- Je kan goed overweg met MS Office, kennis SAP is een plus
- Je bent een teamplayer, flexibel ingesteld en bent stressbestendig
