**Jouw functie**
Samen met onze klant is Hays Herentals op zoek naar een service gerichte customer care medewerker. Na een praktische training zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beantwoorden van inbound vragen van klanten, dit zowel via mail als telefonisch en het geven van advies op maat. Voor meer technische of specifieke vragen zal je jouw contactpersoon op een enthousiaste manier doorverwijzen naar de juiste afdeling. Verder zoek je naar de correcte oplossing bij problemen en ondersteun je de buitendienst waar nodig, dit door offertes op te maken en mee commercieel te denken met de klant. Kortom, een afwisselende functie waarbij je jouw sociale vaardigheden ten volle kan benutten
**Jouw profiel**
Hays Herentals is voor deze uitdagende functie op zoek naar kandidaten met een bachelor denkniveau of minstens een eerste relevante werkervaring binnen een klantendienstfunctie. Omdat je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt, hecht onze klant veel belang aan een professionele en klantgerichte communicatie. Aangezien je in contact zal staan met contactpersonen uit heel België, spreek je vloeiend Nederlands, andere talen zijn een pluspunt maar geen vereiste. Je zal deel uitmaken van een groeiend team, dus we zoeken hier vooral iemand die initiatief durft te nemen en de handen uit de mouwen steekt
