**About the position**:
As the Mid-Market Account Executive, you will identify and qualify sales leads, pitch our award-winning software solutions to medium-sized enterprises, and manage the full sales cycle. This role is for someone who is ready to progress a sales career in the fast-growing tech industry. This position is your opportunity to become a high-earning sales executive in a rapid-growing industry. You provide the consultative sales mentality, and we'll provide you with all the resources that you need to be successful.
**Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Developing new prospects and expanding existing accounts
- Selling our software and services to businesses from 300-1,500 employees
- Managing complex sales cycles with a consultative sales approach
- Planning and delivering presentations that give prospective and existing customers insights into how our solutions solve their challenges
- Working with dedicated pre-sales engineers and other cross-functional team members to help close business
- Working together with channel partners and our channel team on new and existing customers
- Communicating new product developments to prospective and existing clients
- Attending remote and on-site meetings with clients
- Collaborating with teams in different territories and offices
- Handling opportunities prospected by our Account Specialist team
- Implementing and executing effective sales campaigns to ensure maximum penetration of key accounts within your territory
- Maintaining an accurate and current pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system

Other qualities you'll need to be a fit for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent communication and listening skills - must be fluent in Dutch & French
- 2-5 years of previous sales experience
- Experience in the software/technology industry
- Experience with executive selling, both business and technical
- Determination to surpass performance goals
- Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
