**Je verantwoordelijkheden**:
Als National Brands Sourcing Manager ben je een sleutelfiguur in alles wat met onderhandelingen met onze topmerken te maken heeft. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne belanghebbenden om samen de beste sourcing
- en onderhandelingsstrategie voor BeLux uit te werken. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Team Manager.
Het doel is om financiële initiatieven gekoppeld aan onze klantgerichte strategie (Buy Better/Beter Kopen) aan te sturen en tegelijk de prijsperceptie van Delhaize te behouden. Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Je bepaalt de onderhandelingsstrategie voor je scope en voert de jaarlijkse onderhandelingen / voortdurende onderhandelingen met leveranciers van nationale merken.
- Je sluit de contracten af en zorgt voor een goede administratieve opvolging.
- Je beheert de sourcing voor de nationale merken voor DDL Belux om bijkomende besparingen te verzekeren in coördinatie met AH en EU. Je neemt het voortouw en schrijft geschikte onderhandelingsplannen uit, terwijl je ook de onderhandelingsaanpak bepaalt om onze financiële doelstellingen te bereiken.
- Je beheert de uitvoering van het internationale kortingsprogramma van nationale merken voor de bedrijfseenheden van Delhaize en zorgt voor de onderhandeling van lokale compensaties in nauwe samenwerking met het PM Management Team en de category managers.
- Je bouwt een intern en extern netwerk op en onderhoudt dit. Je draagt de missie en standpunten van Delhaize inzake sourcing uit met het oog op een optimale samenwerking met alle relevante belanghebbenden, en je draagt bij aan het gewenste imago van Delhaize Belux
**Je profiel**:
- Je hebt mínimaal 8 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie waarbij onderhandelen en contact met leveranciers je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden waren.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden.
- Je bent een natuurtalent in het overtuigen van mensen.
- Een goed omgang met de belanghebbende partijen is voor jou iets vanzelfsprekends.
- Je kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
