Strategic Sourcing Manager NFR dat lijkt jou wel iets ? De titel klinkt alvast dynamische, maar daar blijft het niet bij. Als Stragegic Sourcing Manager ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor een strategie voor jouw scope binnen het domein Indirecte Aankoop. Als dat niet dynamisch is Verder fungeer je als een sparring partner voor jouw collega’s bij complexe aankoopdossiers. Een robuuste ervaring als Sourcing Manager binnen het departement Indirecte Aankoop is zeker nodig, alsook een gezonde dosis overtuigingskracht, communicatieskills en teamplayermentaliteit.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je bouwt een categoriestrategie uit, die perfect past bij de noden op lange termijn van Delhaize.
- Je bent het aanknooppunt voor bestaande leveranciers en negotieert op regelmatige basis de bestaande contracten. Maar ook nieuwe leveranciers aanspreken en de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding scoren behoort tot jouw dagdagelijkse taken.
- Je zoekt opportuniteiten om kosten te verlagen, door zowel te werken op de prijs, hoeveelheden als specificaties. Je analyseert op regelmatige basis de beschikbare informatie en distilleert hieruit de belangrijkste evoluties.
- Je communiceert graag en je bent gedreven om continu bij te leren van de business owners en de leveranciers.
- Je kijkt verder dan jouw eigen scope, hebt een heldere kijk en bent in staat om initiatieven te nemen en verder te begeleiden.
- Je weet welke cijfers en analyses boekdelen spreken en kan initiatieven nemen om de rapportering binnen de organisatie te optimaliseren, met hulp van een expert in data analyse.
**Jouw profiel**
- Je bezit een bachelor
- of masterdiploma en reeds 5 tot 7 jaar ervaring in Indirecte aankoop.
- Je bent een vlotte onderhandelaar met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht.
- Je bent analytisch en resultaatgericht en kan flexibel zijn wanneer nodig.
- Je kan zelfstandig, proactief en probleemoplossend werken.
- Je bent leergierig en stressbestendig.
- Je bent drietalig Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office en ERP-pakketten.
