**Je verantwoordelijkheden**:
Aan wat denk jij als je aan Delhaize denkt? Denk je vooral aan de producten die mooi in het schap gepresenteerd liggen en de - uiteraard - zeer aangename winkelbeleving? Of sta je er ook wel eens bij stil welke diensten of producten nodig zijn, om een goede ondersteuning van onze winkels te verzekeren? Als strategic sourcing manager speel je hier een beslissende rol in. Zo ga je op zoek naar de beste prijs-kwaliteit bij leveranciers en bouw je duurzame partnerships op. Je maakt deel uit van het team Indirect Procurement (Not For Resale), zowel binnen België als binnen Europa.
- Als strategic sourcing manager behartig je een specifieke categorie binnen NFR. Dit kan zijn: marketing, logistiek, transport, corporate services, facility services, supplies, constructie of equipment.
- Je bouwt een categoriestrategie uit in lijn met de visie van Delhaize.
- Je bent het aanknooppunt voor bestaande leveranciers en negotieert op regelmatige basis de bestaande contracten. Ook nieuwe leveranciers aanspreken en de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding scoren behoren tot jouw dagdagelijkse taken.
- Je gaat op zoek naar verbeteringen in de value chain en zoekt opportuniteiten om kosten te verlagen door aandacht te hebben voor prijs, hoeveelheid en specificaties. Je analyseert op regelmatige basis de beschikbare informatie en distilleert hieruit de belangrijkste evoluties.
- Je gaat graag in overleg met jouw business owner en leveranciers.
- Je maakt deel uit van een Europees team en gaat samen met jouw Europese collega’s op zoek naar synergiën binnen jouw categorie, door kennis uit te wisselen en samen te werken.
- Je kijkt verder dan jouw eigen scope, hanteert een helikopterview en bent in staat om initiatieven te nemen en die verder op te volgen.
- Je bent op de hoogte van de cijfers van jouw categorie en je neemt initiatief om de rapportering binnen de organisatie te optimaliseren.
**Je profiel**:
- Je bezit minimum een **bachelordiploma **en je kan **relevante werkervaring** voorleggen.
- Je bent een vlotte **onderhandelaar **met de nodige empathische en **communicatieve **vaardigheden.
- Je kan een **verhaal overbrengen**.
- Je bent **analytisch, resultaatgericht** en kan **flexibel **zijn wanneer nodig.
- Je kan **zelfstandig**, **proactief **en **probleemoplossend **werken.
- Je bent **leergierig **en **stressbestendig**.
- Je kan vlot overweg met **MS Office** en **ERP**-pakketten.
- Je spreekt perfect **Nederlands **of **Frans **en je hebt een goede kennis van de andere landstaal. Ook **Engels **is een must.
