Context:
De arbeidsmarkt ondergaat een grote transformatie. Kandidaten zijn op zoek naar een baan met zingeving in een bedrijf dat hen ondersteunt in hun loopbaanambities en hen in staat stelt zich zowel professioneel als persoonlijk te ontwikkelen. Daardoor zijn ze nu beter geïnformeerd dan ooit en nemen ze de tijd om het bedrijf grondig te onderzoeken voordat ze solliciteren.
Om de aantrekkelijkheid van AXA België als werkgever te vergroten zijn we op zoek naar een **Employer Branding Expert**
Als lid van het team "Inclusive Talent Attraction" zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:
- Je bent de interne spil tussen de teams van HR (Talent, Reward, Well-Being, Campus Recruitment...) en Marketing & Communicatie (Corporate Branding, Digital &SoMe, Reputation,...) om de strategie en de kernboodschappen te bepalen die naar de arbeidsmarkt moeten worden gebracht.
- Je houdt de EVP (= Employer Value Proposition) continu up to date en vertaal ze op de verschillende kanalen: jobsite, sociale netwerken, divers materiaal: van digitale flyer tot video-opnames.
- De ervaring van werknemers en kandidaten staat centraal. Je houdt de concurrentie voortdurend in de gaten en bent in staat het management te adviseren over de laatste trends en best practices die moeten worden toegepast.

- Je vindt het leuk om nieuwe projecten op te starten en ze ook operationeel uit te voeren ( mix van strategie en hands-on werk)

**Technische expertise/ervaring/vaardigheden**
- Je hebt 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring in Employer Branding, Marketing of Talent Acquisition, intern of in een agency
- Je bent zeer goed georganiseerd en beschikt over sterke projectmanagementsvaardigheden, je kan prioriteiten stellen, deadlines halen en snel reageren op veranderende behoeften.
- Je kan een voorbeeld voorleggen van een recent branding, marketing of communicatieplan, idealiter per segment en per kanaal.
- Stakeholdermanagement is jouw stokpaardje
- Je geniet van het maken en presenteren van je strategische presentaties bij alle niveaus van het bedrijf.
- Je bent een digital native en zelf zeer geconnecteerd
- Je kent de complexiteit van een groot bedrijf.
- Je kent SoMe: definitie van de boodschap, segmentatie, publiek,...
- Je kent de Adobe Creative Suite (PDF maken) en MS Office 365 (PPT, Word, Excel).
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
