THE SCOPE

Gaming1 is looking for an Employer Branding & Internal Communication Manager

The Employer Branding & Internal Communication Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the organizational culture through strategic internal communication, event management and employer branding strategy. This multifaceted role involves developing and implementing communication strategies to engage employees; planning and executing internal events that foster a positive work culture; and actively contributing to the organization's employer brand.

The Employer Branding & Internal Communication Manager is responsible for three main areas:

- Employer Branding
- Internal Communication
- Corporate Communication

For each of these areas, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, in collaboration with our Chief People and Communication Officer (CPCO), within the set budget, and concretely putting this strategy in place with the help of your HR & Communication Assistant.

THE ROLE

Employer branding
- Identify the most relevant themes and communication channels;
- Produce, distribute and organize communication content for these channels;
- Meet with the necessary partners to correctly organize events or partnerships;
- Manage your budget and analyze the ROI of different actions.

Internal communication
- Use and optimize our communication tools (newsletter, Teams, monthly breakfast, digital terminals, etc.);
- Ensure initiatives and organizational projects are successfully communicated to employees and interested parties;
- Plan, edit and write media content for internal communications (newsletters, welcome brochure, etc.);
- Participate in presentations during internal events.

Corporate communication
- Support and advise our management committee in its communication with political actors, associations and key partners;
- Produce, distribute and organize communication content for specific external channels;
- Be part of the lobby strategy to expand and consolidate Gaming1's position in Belgium;
- Participate in presentations during external events.

YOUR PROFILE
- You have a hybrid profile in communication/marketing (at least 7 years’ experience) AND ideally in HR;
- You fully identify with our company culture and values: Integrity, Performance, Team spirit, Pleasure and Boldness;
- You have experience in event organization;
- You have prior experience in employer branding and follow the market’s HR trends;
- You are data-driven and ROI-oriented (good command of Google analytics, Google data studio, etc.);
- You are solution-oriented and creative, and you bring coherence and consistency in the approaches undertaken;
- You are empathetic and know how to put yourself in the shoes of those you want to help;
- You are bilingual in French and English;
- You have excellent presentation skills and easily form relationships;
- You are flexible, dynamic and agile.
