The **Field Service Team Leader** manages the overall selection, onboarding and follow up of the Field service technicians. The role will also help to guarantee providing our customers with the level of service on our products according to standards and oversees the correct implementation of quality checks, respect for service standards and support of new field trials working closely together with other departments within the Operations department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruits, motivates and follows up a team of Field Service technicians, on a day-to-day basis, to ensure quality of workflow and consistency of service.
- Leads the team towards excellent customer service through the follow-up of KPI’s, performance management and people management.
- Prepares and ensures team objectives are set, communicated and evaluated.
- Acts as escalation point for urgent operational matters and customer complaints.
- Develops a continuous improvement environment in coordination with the Coaches and the Competence Center.
- Provides active participation in services workshops and meetings to ensure consistent product and process delivery.
- Ensures processes within his/her workplace are properly implemented, if necessary, provides suggestions for improvement.
- Provides regular management reports regarding performance and successes of the team.
Skills required and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in people management.
- Good mastering of Dutch, French and English is a must.
- Bachelor Electronics or equivalent by experience.
- Customer
- and result-oriented.
- Project, product or process management experience is an asset.
- Experience in the world of security is considered as an asset.

- Highly developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize, plan and execute are key success factors in this position.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand back from the daily operational routine, while paying great attention to details.
- Ability to think fast and adopt an operations-oriented and business mindset.
