Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?- Als Category Manager Fleet, Logistics & Marketing ben je verantwoordelijk voor een performante sourcing binnen de gekozen aankoopstrategie. Jaarlijkse zet je hiervoor meerdere zeer belangrijke overheidsopdrachten in de markt.- Je bent daarnaast ook verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en beheren van verschillende Category Plans. In overleg met de Procurement Manager Corporate Goods & Services en de Business bepaal je de strategische keuzes inzake de marktbenadering voor de categorieën Fleet, Logistics en Marketing.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:
- In de markt zetten en onderhandelen van raamcontracten voor onder meer taxidiensten, vervangbussen, goederentransport, reclamebureaus, marktstudies,
- Voor elk groot sourcing project stelt U een cross-functional project team samen waarmee U het bestek opmaakt, de onderhandelingen voert en uiteindelijk een goed en performant contract voorstelt aan de Sourcing Board.
- Je komt bij de leverancier en je hebt frequent contact met de Business, jouw interne klant
- Opmaken en beheren van category plans.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je behaalde een masterdiploma (of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring) EN Je hebt minimum 4 jaar ervaring binnen in een commerciële omgeving, liefst in aankoop.En je beschikt over vaardigheden hieronder beschreven:
- Je kan de noden van je interne klant analyseren en durft hen te bevragen op basis van je kennis en ervaring.
- Je bent leergierigen wil je marktkennis steeds uitbreiden.
- Je hebt een sterke commerciële feeling die je gepast gebruikt in je job.
- Je kan met stress om. Je plant je taken goed in zodat contiuniteit maximaal geborgd wordt.
- Je hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit en kan goed zelfstandig werken
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
- Je kan vlot werken met MS Office pakket en je kan snel overweg met nieuwe digitale tools.

- Waar ga je werken?- De dienst Indirect Procurement opereert transversaal doorheen de volledige organisatie en behoort tot de belangrijke directie Stations. Het kloppende hart is gehuisvest in een modern kantoorgebouw in de Hallepoortlaan te Brussel, vlakbij het station Brussel-Zuid.- Je komt terecht in een team van 10 collega’s.- What’s next ?- Als de screening positief is, word je uitgenodigd voor een eerste selectiegesprek. Om dit gesprek voor te bereiden, vragen we je niet eliminerende redeneertesten en een online persoonlijkheidsvragenlijst in te vullen. Tijdens het gesprek evalueren we jouw kennis, ervaring en competenties evenals jouw motivatie voor de functie.
- Indien dit positief is verlopen zal er nog een 2de gesprek volgen. Dit gesprek wordt voorafgegaan door een casus waardoor de job voor jou nog duidelijker wordt
- Indien je ons doorheen het proces hebt kunnen overtuigen word je aangeduid als laureaat en zal je aangeduid worden als onze nieuwe collega
