**_ The role_**
- Are you always seeking for ways to make life easier? Rather than lose appetite of fixing problems, you get energy of identifying opportunities to learn, grow, improve, or adjust in a way that leaves them better off than before the problem existed._- How does your day as our e-Commerce officer looks like?_
- _ You work closely together with your direct colleagues and other Edmac departments/entities_
- _ You become one of our e-Commerce specialists and understand how integration with our ERP system works_
- _ You address, follow up issues/requests with our implementation partners_
- _ You work closely together within the local and global team to develop, implement and follow up activities to boost the usage of our e-Commerce site_
- _ You monitor, measure and report on the website performance with a focus on conversion, funnel analytics, marketing ROI and most importantly customer experience_
- Beside your role as e-Commerce officer, you will be leading (#ownit) strategic projects that result in making our customers daily life easier. You will be part of building a one stop-shop for companies that want to service any type and brand of compressor._
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven, no-nonsense all-round professional with a background in e-Commerce, proven IT experience and affinity with online-sales._

Are we a good fit?_**
- Edmac is a young, dynamic and ambitious company located in Wilrijk, becoming the global competence and customer center for spare parts in the compressor room. Our objective is to make it easy for all companies that want to service any type and brand of compressor and offer a one stop-shop._
- This role is part of the Process team, were you and your colleagues will focus at:_
- _ simplifying and automating our internal processes_
- _ selecting the right tools and improving/introducing functionalities that will make it easier for our customers and/or colleagues_
- _ closely follow up and monitor IT costs_
- _ identify and implement synergies between Edmac Entities_
