**Qualifications**:
**Ta mission en tant que support technique SAV** ?**

Tu prends en charge de A à Z les demandes introduites par nos clients au service après-vente.

**‍ Concrètement, que feras-tu ?**
- Tu effectues les diagnostics préalables des problèmes par téléphone afin d’optimiser l’efficacité des interventions.
- Tu suis et mets en place des procédures de dépannage en fonction du problème rencontré
- Tu assures le suivi des contrats de maintenance des installations photovoltaïques
- Tu te positionnes en vrai « problem solver » pour les clients qui ont besoin d’un dépannage, en jonglant avec tous les aspects de l’intervention : dimensionnement, faisabilité, étude d’ombrage, coût, etc.
- Tu assures le suivi client des demandes sous garantie et tu joues un rôle dans la vente de nos services d’intervention hors garantie.
- **️ TE RECONNAIS-TU ?**

**Tes connaissances techniques**
- Tu as fait des études dans le domaine technique (électrique, ingénieur, etc.)
- Tu as d’excellentes connaissances des systèmes électriques
- Idéalement, tu as déjà une première expérience ou des connaissances dans les énergies renouvelables

**️ Ta communication**
- Tu sais écouter avec bienveillance et envoies des messages clairs et convaincants - ton objectif : rechercher la compréhension réciproques
- Tu as un réel sens du service, tu aimes aider et tu sais anticiper les besoins des gens
- Tu es proactif.ve, tu fais des propositions pour optimiser les choses et, pour toi, décrocher ton téléphone est ton 1e réflexe pour résoudre une situation problématique
- Tu sais persuader tes interlocuteurs en adaptant ton discours en fonction des situations.
- Tu as un sens commercial, en cas de besoin, tu proposes nos services pour améliorer le confort et la satisfaction des clients
- Un client énervé et de surcroit désagréable ? Tu prends tes distances, tu te montres assertif.ve et travailles à des solutions gagnant-gagnant.
- Tu es francophone
