**LE TRAVAIL**:
Au sein du Supply Center de Schaerbeek, vous faites partie des activités d'approvisionnement. Vous travaillez au sein du magasin central d’Infrabel.

En tant que Supply Coordinator - Qualité & Customer Care, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- Vous êtes responsable du suivi global du niveau de la qualité du service fourni par le magasin central à ses clients.
- À cette fin, vous définissez et promouvez les indicateurs de performance appropriés au sein de l'équipe du magasin central.
- Vous êtes chargé du suivi complet de toutes les réclamations entrantes des clients du magasin central via le système de gestion des plaintes.
- Vous veillez à ce que les plaintes soient traitées dans les délais convenus et que les clients obtiennent une réponse et une solution appropriées à leur problème.
- Vous incarnez et promouvez une attitude axée sur le client dans l'ensemble du fonctionnement du magasin central.
- Vous recherchez les causes des plaintes qui vous sont signalées et proposez des solutions en vue d'une amélioration continue des processus, en accord avec le chef d’équipe (Coordinateur Opérationnel)
- Vous organisez des formations internes et des sessions de perfectionnement pour le personnel lorsque cela est nécessaire, en partant des plaintes fréquentes des clients, afin d'obtenir une amélioration structurelle du fonctionnement.
- Vous participez aux réunions opérationnelles quotidiennes pour fournir des explications sur les plaintes et les actions qui en découlent.
- Vous contribuez en permanence à un environnement de travail sécuritaire et veillez attentivement au respect des consignes de sécurité dans le magasin.
- Vous effectuez un suivi et développez une expertise via SAP au niveau des différents processus du magasin.
- Vous vous assurez que le travail est effectué en respectant le cadre des normes ISO et OHSAS.
- Vous participez activement aux audits ISO et OHSAS annuels.
- Vous rapportez régulièrement les résultats et les informations importantes à votre hiérarchie.
- Vous êtes disponible et flexible en cas de rappel liés à des incidents (assez rare).

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de bachelier, de préférence dans une orientation en lien avec le transport et la logistique.
- Vous avez minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion administrative, suivi de plaintes, ou suivi de projets.
- Vous avez de préférence une première expérience dans la logistique.
- Vous parlez parfaitement français ou néerlandais et vous avez une très bonne connaissance de la seconde langue.
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances informatiques (Office, MS Dynamics, SAP ou un autre ERP).
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe.
- Vous prenez des initiatives et avez une mentalité « problem solver » Vous êtes orienté clients et vous appréciez collaborer avec différents profils de personnes.Nous considérons la diversité comme une vraie richesse.
