De firma is gelegen in **Gent** en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar zowel met het openbaar vervoer als met de wagen.
**Jouw dag ziet er als volgt uit**:
- Het grootste deel van de tijd bied je **ondersteuning** aan de **eventmanager** waarbij je tal van netwerkevents en workshops mee helpt organiseren (uitnodigingen sturen, sprekers boeken, opvolgen van aanwezigheden, presentaties verzamelen,)
- Je staat in voor het **ledenbeheer** in een bedrijfseigen CRM tool;
- Daarnaast sta je in voor de **facturatie** en het opvolgen van openstaande facturen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **allround** **administratieve** **taken** op het kantoor: onthaal van bezoekers, teammeetings inplannen en voorbereiden, mailboxbeheer, telefonie,...
- Als laatste sta je in voor **travelmanagement** (boeken van hotels, transport regelen, vluchten boeken,...)
**Wie zoeken wij?**
- Je bent in het bezit van een **Bachelordiploma** en hebt **minimum** **3 jaar** relevante **ervaring**;
- Je bent sterk communicatief zowel in het Nederlands als in het **Engels**. Ook in het Frans kan je je gemakkelijk uit de slag slaan.
- ** Resultaatgericht**, hands-on en **autonoom** zijn eigenschappen waarin je jezelf herkent.
- Je kan gemakkelijk schakelen tussen verschillende softwareprogramma's;
- Je bent uiterst **nauwkeurig**, bent sterk **organisatorisch** en kan goed overweg met verantwoordelijkheden.
