**Votre nouveau rôle**
En tant que Learning Coordinator, vous êtes responsable des opérations journalières pour les programmes de formations. Vos tâches sont assez diverses, comme par exemple, assurer le suivi et les mesures du programme de formation, le planning des réunions, l’envoi des invitations, répondre aux questions, le support technique pour les formations en ligne, etc. Vous êtes en contact quotidien avec les diverses parties prenantes pour s’assurer que les programmes de formation répondent toujours aux besoins. Vous entretenez une relation avec les clients, fournisseurs et les accompagnateurs internes ou externes et vous assurez une budgétisation, une contractualisation ainsi qu’une facturation croisée adéquate. Vous veillez au respect des procédures et politiques départementales et assurez la conformité opérationnelle de la loi sur le plan de formation belge. Vous maintenez la clarté des guides de formations et résolvez les problèmes lié à la formation.
**Profil recherché**
- Vous avez un bachelier ou un master lié à l’éducation des adultes, aux RH, à la psychologie ou un domaine connexe.
- Vous avez déjà une expérience similaire.
- Vous êtes bilingue en français et anglais.
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement la Suite Office et êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques.
- Vous gérez facilement le stress et êtes autonome.
- Vous êtes organisé(e), analytique et êtes un très bon communicant.
