**Context**:
You will work in the **Customer Interactions Chapter** where we manage **the communications towards our customers**.
As a Template Developer, you will help **design, develop and maintain** templates on our **OpenText Exstream** platform.
You will also make sure the templates are appropriately **tested**.
You will collaborate with the other template designers and analysts of the Digital Communications Platform team to create the best customer experience communications.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- You will estimate the effort in close collaboration with Product Owner, Scrum master, Analysts and Testers.
- You will perform all tasks in a 100% Agile way according to the Agile guidelines
Profile
- You achieved a Bachelor degree.
- Having acquired a first working experience (2 to 4 years) in a similar position is a plus.
- You have strong analytical skills.
- You have experience in interpreting User requirement specifications.
- You understand XML, xpath and Json schema.
- You have experience in testing (manual or automated testing).
- It’s an advantage to have Web and Digital Project experience.
- You understand XML and Json schema.
- You have knowledge of document development lifecycle.
- Ideally you have a first experience in template development.
- It’s an advantage if you have experience with Document Template and Customer Communication management solutions.
- Having experience with Document Composition using StreamServe/Exstream Document Template development is an advantage.
- Valuable experience:
- Linux Server.
- IT architecture based on Unix/Linux OS.
- Javascript.
- Jira / Target Process.
- You have good Verbal/Written Communication in English, Dutch and French.
