**« Facility Manager » (H/F/X)**Votre défi **:
- Traitement d’informations, Planification & Organisation- Sous la direction du Directeur ICT,
- ** le/la chef de service Gestion des bâtiments** apporte un
- **appui transversal** à tous les départements de l’organisation en matière de gestion des espaces de travail.
- Vous coordonnez les chantiers de** rénovation** et de **maintenance** des bâtiments de l’association ;
- Vous **organisez** et** supervisez** l’activité des collaborateurs (7 personnes) de votre service dans les différents sites (Gand, Bruxelles ), ainsi que le chef d’équipe opérationnel au siège de l’association ;
- Vous assurez le bon état général et la **gestion administrative et technique** des bâtiments et du matériel qui s’y trouve ;
- Notamment:
- Vous assurez le** suivi technique** et le bon déroulement des travaux
- Vous organisez les travaux en **fixant les priorités**:
- Vous assurez le **contrôle de sécurité** des bâtiments
- Vous suivez les évolutions **règlementaires et législatives** applicables à votre domaine d’activité ;
- Vous assurez la **délivrance des permis d’exploitation** ainsi que la mise en conformité de tous les bâtiments**Vos talents**:
- « Orienté.e résultats » et êtes une vraie force de proposition- Vous avez occupé une
- **fonction similaire** pendant 10 ans.
- Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances ou expérience en **matière d’assurances, de marchés publics, de règlementations urbanistiques et environnementales.**
Vous avez une expérience dans la gestion d**’installations techniques de bâtiments**.
Vous disposez de capacités à **gérer et à motiver une équipe**.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais **et du** français.
