Precirix is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to extending and improving the lives of cancer patients by designing and developing novel radiopharmaceuticals, using camelid single-domain antibody fragments labelled with radioisotopes. The company’s lead product, CAM-H2, is being evaluated in a Phase I/II trial targeting metastatic HER2-positive cancer. In addition, the company has several pre-clinical programs leveraging the technology strengths.

For the expansion of corporate team, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic administrative support for invoice booking and reception.

**Purpose of the Position**:
You will be responsible for the timely and accurate booking of invoices. This entails obtaining the formal approval from the responsible manager including the appropriate accounting codes. You’ll also check and book the expense declarations. Subsequently booking the invoices and expenses in Exact Online (accounting system). Processing the payments in the online banking tool. You’ll be involved in the monthly and quarterly financial closing for which you need to provide the overview of _open_ invoices. When you are able to perform these tasks independently, you’ll also be involved in delivering financial input for grant reporting.

Besides the financial tasks, you will also help your colleagues with reception work (incoming phone calls, reception of visitors and packages.

English and Dutch are not a problem for you? (Knowledge of French is a plus)

Then this position might be something for you. Being organized is essential, as you will need to combine different systems to get the data you need. You will also need to switch between the invoicing and reception work.

Accuracy is key, as you are working with numbers. One number that is not inputted correctly, or one number too much could have an important impact.

Your closest colleagues are Dutch-speaking, but knowledge of English is also key as the main language here is English. Many colleagues have an international background, so in many meetings English is spoken. Also, communication with suppliers is often done in English. French is a plus.

We are not looking for a specific degree, but rather an intellectual capacity to do this supporting work. A reasoning test will be part of the procedure.
