**Functieomschrijving**:
Voor onze klant gelegen te Wilrijk zijn wij op zoek naar een administrator logistics.
Als logistiek beheerder sta jij centraal in onze operaties, en fungeer je als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel onze chauffeurs/vervoerders als onze gewaardeerde klanten. Je bent een ware meester in het overwinnen van administratieve obstakels, geen uitdaging is te groot voor jou
**Als centrale administratieve medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor**:
- Een juiste opvolging en goed beheer van de voorraad.
- Het verstrekken van nauwkeurige antwoorden aan klanten over de voorraad.
**Je waarborgt**:
- Een goede werking van de administratieve processen.
- Een open en vlotte communicatie met klanten/vervoerders.
**Je informeert internationale en nationale chauffeurs**:
- Over de te vervoeren lading, van aankomst tot vertrek.
- Zorgend dat ze beschikken over de nodige administratieve documenten.
**Binnen het magazijn zorg je ervoor dat**:
- Chauffeurs, klanten en de eigen organisatie dagelijks tevreden zijn.
- Dit wordt bereikt door een soepele administratieve werking.
Met een uniek talent voor het organiseren van procedures, regelgeving en het handhaven van kwaliteitsnormen, breng je moeiteloos orde in onze administratie.
**Profiel**:
Je benadert je taken met een praktische instelling, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en klantgerichtheid altijd voorop staan. Zelfs in de meest veeleisende situaties weet je met volwassenheid, zelfstandigheid en professionele integriteit te communiceren met zowel klanten als chauffeurs.
Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
Een sterke administratieve kennis.
Organisatorisch talent voor procedures en kwaliteitsnormen.
Je bent communicatief sterk, zelfs in veeleisende situaties.
