Doel van de functie:
Als Relationship Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van het beheer van je klant voornamelijk in de regio Brussel. Klanttevredenheid en goede klantenrelaties zijn je belangrijkste aandachtspunten. Gecontroleerd risicobeheer om verliezen voor de Factor te vermijden of te beperken is essentieel. Je zult ook contracten met bestaande klanten optimaliseren door middel van cross-selling....**ervaring**:

- Wie is onze ideale relationship manager?- Je hebt een master in economie / management of gelijkwaardig.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en hebt een goede kennis Nederlands en/of Engels.
- Je hebt voldoende ervaring in factoring of werkkapitaaloplossingen.
- Je communiceert vlot met klanten, bankiers en beslissers.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in de financiële sector.
- Je hebt een goed commercieel inzicht en bent klantgericht.
- Je denkt analytisch en weet hoe je risico's moet inschatten.
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bent stressbestendig.
- Je neemt graag initiatief, bouwt graag nieuwe relaties op en bent een teamspeler.**opleiding**:
