Aktuell suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen:
**IT Support Officer (m/w/d)**

an unserem Standort in Breckerfeld.

Als IT Support Officer (m/w/d) führen Sie eine breite Palette von IT-Support-Services durch, um die Anforderungen der Endbenutzer gemäß den Unternehmensprozessen und -standards zu erfüllen. Sie sind der lokale Ansprechpartner für den IT Support und unterstützen die Kolleg*innen mit Benutzergeräten und -anwendungen, stets in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem standortübergreifenden IT Infrastructure Team.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Installation, Konfigurierung, Verwaltung und Betrieb von Benutzergeräten, wie Desktops, Laptops, Mobilgeräte und Scanner.
- Betreuung von Benutzeranwendungen wie MS Office sowie lokale Unternehmensanwendungen wie ERP und CRM.
- Teilnahme an der Implementierung infrastruktureller Projekte vor Ort in Zusammenarbeit mit dem GCE IT Infrastructure Team.
- Proaktiver IT-Support zur Sicherstellung lokaler Produktionsabläufe.
- Sicherstellung, dass alle Vorfälle und Probleme korrekt im Service Management Tool registriert und weiterbearbeitet werden.
- Übersetzung «normaler» Benutzersprache auf ein technisches Level inkl. erster Analyse bei Bedarf.
- Betreuung administrativer Aufgaben der lokalen IT.
- Koordinierung externer Partner inkl. korrekter Planung und Dokumentation.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben einen Bachelorabschluss in Informationstechnologie, Informatik oder vergleichbar.
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon 2 Jahre als IT Support Officer, vorzugsweise in einem multinationalen Unternehmen.
- Sie sind ein logischer, analytischer Denker und ein guter Kommunikator innerhalb und außerhalb der IT-Abteilung.
- Ihr Arbeitsstil ist ergebnisorientiert, kosteneffizient und zeitorientiert.
- Sie verstehen die Notwendigkeit einer einwandfreien Benutzererfahrung und möchten diese auf ein neues Level bringen.
- Sie haben eine gute Auffassungsgabe, haben eine Leidenschaft für IT und sind jemand, der bestrebt ist, unseren internen Kunden außergewöhnlichen Support zu bieten.
- Business Englisch ist ein Muss (in Wort und Schrift)
