**\uD83D\uDCC4 JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Managing the strategy, execution, performance and growing a portfolio of brands and suppliers in the Benelux Home & Deco/Techt team.
- You report to the Business Manager of the Benelux Home & Deco/Techt team.
- Regular travel to accounts in NL & BE and occasional travel to the NL office are part of the role.
- As a Veepee ambassador you will attend B2B events and fairs on a regular basis.
**\uD83C\uDFAF TASKS**:
- Negotiation of the collections, assortment and purchase prices, payment conditions, annual planning, marketing actions,
- You will take accounts to the next level through in-depth analysis.
- You actively approach and introduce new brands to our current portfolio.
- You take up the organisation of your sales from A to Z, as well as internal follow-up and a smooth cooperation with other departments.
- Continuously contribute to the improvement of Veepee’s performance both B2B and B2C.
**\uD83D\uDC49 MUST HAVE skills**:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial role, including account management.
- Excellent commercial skills: analytics, segmentation, profitable growth.
- Hunter mentality.
- Team player with good social & communication skills.
- Enthusiastic motivator who is hands-on and flexible.
- You have a sense of responsibility and can handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluent in Dutch & English.
**\uD83D\uDC49 NICE TO HAVE skills**:
- Experience, knowledge and network in the Benelux Home/Deco/Techt/Elektro category is a plus.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Numbers and Excel have no secrets for you.
