In het kader van onze sterke groei, zijn we op zoek naar een **Sales Administrator **voor onze **Nissan & Kia-cluster** in **Hasselt.**
**Functie**:
Als **Sales Administrator** kom je terecht in een team waarin je een veelzijdige rol opneemt binnen de wagenadministratie (nieuwe
- & occasiewagens).
De belangrijkste taken zijn het **beheren van de wagendossiers** door een correcte bestelling van nieuwe wagens, het bundelen van alle informatie en afspraken, te functioneren als **centraal aanspreekpunt** zodat er een correcte facturatie kan worden opgemaakt.
- Het **bestellen van de wagens** in de daarvoor voorziene systemen op basis van de informatie van de verkoper
- Het digitaliseren van alle gerelateerde documenten en bij een onvolledig dossier de juiste informatie verzamelen
- Het aanvragen en opmaken van alle documenten die nodig zijn zodat de klant de wagen in gebruik kan nemen
- Alle **administratieve processen** in goede banen leiden zodat de klant de correcte wagen op het afgesproken tijdstip en aan de correcte prijs in ontvangst kan nemen
- Het opmaken van een **correcte factuur** naar leasingmaatschappijen en klanten conform de bestelbon
- Het **registreren van de wagen** in diverse interne systemen, systemen van de invoerder en voor campagnes
- Het inboeken van facturen en het **aanvragen van premies**
**Profiel**:
Onze toekomstige **Sales Administrator** kan zich terugvinden in onderstaand profiel;
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Ervaring binnen Automotive is een plus
- Je bent dynamisch en communicatief
- **Leergierig **en **gedreven**:
- Je kunt **vlot overweg** met de **courante MS-Officepakket** en kan je snel inwerken in een nieuw softwarepakket
- Je bent betrouwbaar en integer
- Teamplayer
- Stressbestendig en een hands-on mentaliteit
- Toont de nodige flexibiliteit tot het behalen van de vooropgestelde objectieven van de invoerder
- Je bent beschikbaar in bepaalde periodes om te helpen bij de afsluit
