**L'OBJECTIF GLOBAL DU RÔLE**:
Le Product Support Engineer viendra en aide aux Product Manager dans la gestion et la réussite des activités de développement de Produits et/ou de sustaining d’anciens produits que nous devons maintenir pour nos clients.
Il/elle devra intervenir dans:
- la réalisation d’activités ENG suivant le profil et les compétences (Analyse technique, identification et implémentation de solution, documentation, )
- la coordination des activités Engineering à réaliser (Hw, Sw et mécanique)
- la coordination avec les autres métiers au sein d’Alstom (Industriel, Projet, Service, Pièces de rechange et réparation, logistique, obsolescence,.)
- L’interface avec les projets, les clients et nos partenaires Industriels pour la fabrication et la maintenance de nos produits.
L’objectif sera:
- Être le support direct du Product Manager dans les tâches quotidiennes
- S’assurer du suivi du planning Produit et l’atteintes des objectifs
- Suivre les jalons qualité Produit
**CONNAISSANCES ET EXPÉRIENCE SOUHAITÉES**
- Master : Bac+5
- Good knowledge of Electronics and Computer Science.
- Ability to specify and to develop products and tools
- Knowledge of Project management processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Good communication and Coordination skills (ensure collaboration of multi-metier teams)
- English and French speaking
- Rigorous & organized
