Main Responsibilities
TASK DESCRIPTION
Non-exhaustive list of the tasks to be carried out in the scope of the contract.
The Process Automation expert will contribute to Compass Corporate on boarding activities, such as:
- As part of the Compass Corporate on boarding team, the main activities are:
- Be part of the on boarding team (single point of contact for Compass Corporate future
customers)
- Provide support for feasibility analysis to determine if Compass Corporate is the most
suitable tool for the project, from a functional and planning perspective
- Provide support for accessing Compass Corporate environments & infrastructure and assist with the technical setup for use of the platform by new customers
- Provide training and coaching for modelling an improved (lean) process in BPMN (and transfer from ARIS to Compass Corporate / Camunda, if applicable)
- Provide training and coaching to create Executable BPMN models, adapted to the workflow engine.
- Provide training and coaching for developing the service tasks, support for integrating with
back end systems and for Configuring Compass Corporate micro-services, including Secunda+ rights setup
- Provide training and coaching for developing screens for the User Tasks (in eUI/My Workplace) and developing and configuring Service Tasks integrated with back-end systems
- o Provide documentation, training and coaching to future customers to allow them acquire
knowledge and become autonomous on the different activities necessary to use the platform
- o Contribute to maintaining up-to-date information on the Compass Corporate Wiki
optimum information flow from the business needs to the process automation specifications with the aim to establish the automation specifications.
- o Liaise with RSP+ On Boarding Team to ensure the choice of Compass Corporate is the best in the context of implementation of the Dual Pillar Approach, where COTS process
automation tools could also be considered. Contribute to clarifying the positioning of Compass Corporate in relation with the COTS for process automation. Contribute to identifying use cases for use of Compass Corporate versus COTS solutions (e.g. MS365 Power Automate, RPA tools). Provide insight on how workflows implementation /execution could span multiple tools.
- o Contribute to elaborating on the principles and best practices of use of Compass Corporate
for business process automation.
REQUIRED EXPERTISE
1. Experience with process automation methods and tools, in particular BPMN 2.0 and Camunda
2. Experience in projects undertaking integration of solutions and components in a multiplatform landscape (in-house / COTS as well as open source, on premises / cloud)
3. Good familiarity with events based management and micro services architecture
4. Very Good knowledge of Development lifecycle and agile methodology
5. Ability to grasp new concepts and understand new and complex domains very fast
7. Ability to deal with both technical and business stakeholders; sensitive to the business side of Information Systems.
8. With strong analytical skills
9. With a good deal of common sense and strong organisational skills. Good planner, able to
10. Proactive attitude, communicative (i.e. good listener) and customer/result oriented
11. Ability to do presentations in front of large and varied audiences
12. Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator
