Als **Maintenance Manager **stuur en coach je een onderhoudsteam aan van 10 techniekers (in twee ploegenstelsel). Het is jouw taak om **onderhoudsplannen **zowel curatief als preventief op te stellen en effectieve coördinatie te bieden voor diverse projecten. Je rapporteert aan de Plant Manager van Gent.
- Je **coördineert de verschillende activiteiten van de maintenance afdeling**.
- Je bepaalt, in samenspraak met de Plant Manager, de lokale **maintenancestrategie **en vertaalt de beleidslijnen naar je eigen afdeling (processen, procedures, medewerkers,). Je beheert het **maintenance budget **en stelt bij waar nodig.
- Je brengt **structuur **en werkt op vooropgestelde **KPI’s**: kostenefficiëntie, kwaliteit, veiligheid etc. Zo garandeer je via een **actieplan **optimale resultaten voor de plant.
- Naargelang de prioriteiten en bekwaamheden van je team, en de noden van het bedrijf organiseer je de onderhoudswerkzaamheden intern of extern.
- Samen met de Plant Manager, Productie Manager, QSHE Manager en HR Manager maak je deel uit van het Gentse **managementteam **en draag je bij tot de gezamenlijke strategische besluitvorming.
- Je dag start met het bijwonen van de productiemeeting om storingsmeldingen in kaart te brengen, nieuwe acties te bepalen en terugkoppeling te geven.
- Wekelijks heb je afdelingsoverleg om prioriteiten te bepalen op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit, techniek, efficiëntie en medewerkers om de plant te laten verbeteren.
- Je identificeert de trainingsnoden van je team en organiseert diverse job-, technische, veiligheids
- en kwaliteitstrainingen.
- Je volgt en coördineert de verschillende technische projecten binnen de site in samenwerking met de Greif Operational Support Group. Verder vallen het magazijnbeheer, bestellingen technisch materiaal, documentatie, praktische uitvoering ISO-procedures onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid.

Als Maintenance Manager coördineer je de verschillende onderhoudswerkzaamheden van de veelzijdige productiesite waar diverse elektrische en mechanische technieken aan bod komen.

De plants in België (Gent en Lier) zijn gespecialiseerd in de **productie van stalen en plastic vaten **voor de petrochemie. In totaal werken een 200-tal mensen voor Greif Belgium, waarvan 100 in Gent.
Voor de plant in Gent zoeken we een **dynamische Maintenance Manager met excellente people en management skills** om de maintenance afdeling verder te professionaliseren.
- Je hebt een **bachelor of master **elektromechanica, bedrijfsautomatisatie of elektronica.
- Door je ervaring in een productieomgeving ben je **technisch **goed op de hoogte van zowel elektronica, mechanica, hydraulica en pneumatica. Ervaring met matrijzen is een plus.
- Je vindt uitdaging in de combinatie van nieuwe technieken en klassieke technologie.
- Om succesvol te kunnen zijn in deze rol **coach en ontwikkel **je je medewerkers. Je past je leiderschapsstijl aan op basis van hun persoonlijkheid en competentieniveau.
- Zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels weet je professioneel te communiceren.
- Jouw** analytisch denkvermogen** en **open blik **dragen bij tot een effectief onderhoudsbeleid en continue verbeterprojecten.
