De VRT is op zoek naar een Project Management Assistent
Je speelt bij de VRT een essentiële rol in het beheer en de realisatie van technologie-projecten. Je komt terecht in de directie Technologie & Infrastructuur (T&I), het kloppend hart van de media technologie, infrastructuur en innovatie.
Media technologie is in volle evolutie, en in 2026 trekt de VRT naar een nieuw gebouw. Het ontwerpen en bouwen van de mediafaciliteiten en infrastructuur in dit nieuwe gebouw is een unieke kans, waarbij je een belangrijk aandeel hebt in de VRT van morgen. Of het nu gaat over het bouwen van een nieuwe TV- of radiostudio, de contributie voor een remote productie, de vernieuwing van de basis IT-infrastructuur of het introduceren van digitale workflows bij de sportdienst, als Project Management Assistent werk je hieraan mee.
Wat ga je bij ons doen?
Je bewaakt een helikopterzicht over de lopende projecten.
Je waakt over de opvolging en voortgang van diverse projecten binnen VRT.
Je verbetert de projectprocessen en begeleidt de projectteams hierin.
Je werkt samen met technologieteams om projectdoelen, mijlpalen en deadlines te bepalen en te bewaken.
Je assisteert bij het monitoren van budgetten en resourceplanning binnen de projecten.
Je zorgt voor een overzicht over de project portfolio en rapporteert over de voortgang van de projecten.
Wie zoeken we?
Je bent een generalist met een breed interessevlak. Iemand die niet elk technisch detail tot in de puntjes moet kennen, maar wel een aanleg heeft voor de technische kant van media. Kennis van projectmanagement is een sterk pluspunt, maar belangrijker is een affiniteit met media, een hands-on aanpak en de wil om bij te leren.
Je bent een sociale bemiddelaar en bruggenbouwer.
Je draagt de publieke opdracht van VRT nauw aan het hart en je hebt affiniteit met de technologie en media.
Je bent sociaal en beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
Je hebt een breed interesseveld en begrip van projectmanagement, zonder de behoefte om elk detail te beheersen.
Je bent een resultaatgerichte organisator, en helpt graag mensen hun doelen te bereiken.
