**The company**

Elia Grid International has offices in Belgium, Germany, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom Saudi Arabia (KSA), Malaysia, and Thailand.
**Your function**
EGI wishes to reinforce its team working in the **Project Management Office **to work on improving project-related governance processes and facilitating the sharing of ressources, methodologies, tools and techniques among professionals. To achieve this, we are looking for a **PMO Lead **.
A PMO is a business function that operates at a strategic level in collaboration with an organization’s executives. The goal of this centralized office is to provide company-wide guidance, governance, standardized processes, and project management best practices, tools, and techniques. The PMO is a part of the Corporate team and directly collaborates with Project Directors (external projects) and Corporate Directors for internal projects.
the typical activities include ( but are not limited to ):
For our clients:
- Direct involvement in leading complex consulting projects;
For EGI:
- Standardize & simplify processes across the organization to improve efficiency;
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new employees on PM practices, coach junior Project Managers;
- Set appropriate levels of visibility and increase accountability across an entire organization.
Your responsibilities will be decided based on your competencies and expertise, and will be discuss during your interviews with managers.
**Your profile**
- Bachelor degree from an accredited college/university (master is preferred);
- Around 10 years of professional experience in a PMO role;
- Deep knowledge of power system challenges;
- Proven experience managing complex projects in the advisory domain;
- Expert-level knowledge of program, project, and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches;
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of German, Dutch and/or French is a strong asset.

**Location**
Brussels - Mobility required: 30% worldwide (willingness to travel abroad for international assignments depending on the business development or project needs).
