Onze klant is een zeer bekende verzekeringsmaatschappij in België. Je hebt een technische expertise in Employee Benefits en je wilt het Sales team begeleiden tijdens hun klantenbezoeken (grote accounts, complexe dossiers) om de technische aspecten van deze producten uit te leggen? Aarzel dan niet om te solliciteren
**Description**
- Je bezoekt klanten (grote accounts) met Account Managers om de technische bijzonderheden van Employee Benefits & Health producten uit te leggen;
- U wordt actief betrokken bij de onderhandelingen over en de uitvoering van complexe of impactvolle dossiers om een oplossing op maat uit te werken volgens de behoeften van directe cliënten (grote nationale en internationale ondernemingen, overheidsdiensten en industriële sectoren) en nationale makelaars;
- Je bent het technische referentiepunt voor de Account Managers om hun technische expertise te ontwikkelen en het professionalisme en de efficiëntie van het team te vergroten;
- Je treedt op als de technische vertegenwoordiger van de teams om te allen tijde te anticiperen op veranderingen of nieuwe ontwikkelingen en trends binnen Employee Benefits & Health;
- In sommige gevallen coördineert u de acties van alle interne entiteiten (andere leden van de entiteit, risicomanagers, operationele teams, technische ondersteuning) die bij de portefeuille betrokken zijn, om de samenhang tussen de verschillende interventies te waarborgen;
- U bent geïnteresseerd in het verbeteren van de gebruikte processen en instrumenten om input te leveren voor de aanpassing van producten en diensten aan marktgegevens en zo een optimale dienstverlening te bieden.

**Profile**
- U hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in verzekeringen, economie, actuariële wetenschappen, rechten of een ander gelijkwaardig diploma;
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in Employee Benefits waardoor je een echte technische expertise in deze producten hebt ontwikkeld;
- Je hebt ervaring als Underwriter of in de Back-Office of in Technical Sales, of een andere functie waardoor je de expert bent geworden die wij zoeken;
- Op dit moment bent u misschien niet op pad om uw klanten te ontmoeten. Je staat graag in direct contact met je klanten om verzekeringsoplossingen uit te leggen, toe te lichten en hen te helpen bij het afsluiten van de verzekering die het beste bij hun behoeften past;
- Aangezien u cliënten in heel België zult adviseren, spreekt u vloeiend Frans en Nederlands. Je hebt ook een goede kennis van het Engels voor het geval je een internationale klant hebt;
- Je hebt goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden: we vragen je niet om te verkopen, maar om te adviseren, verzekeringsproducten uit te leggen, je klanten en collega's te begeleiden;
- Ben je goed in onderhandelen? Je verdient echt punten U bent immers in de beste positie om de behoeften van uw klanten te identificeren en hen dus naar het ene of het andere product te leiden.
