Hillewaere wil ‘dé makelaar van de toekomst’ worden en realiseert dit door middel van overnames. Om deze (r)evolutie verder mee uit te bouwen, zoeken we een **proactieve, resultaatgedreven Performance Marketeer **om ons ondernemend MarTech-team te versterken.
**Functieomschrijving**
Als Performance Marketeer vorm je de brug tussen marketing en tech en ben jij onze specialist op het gebied van digitale marketing en alle automatisaties die daarvoor nodig zijn.
Bij Hillewaere gaat deze functie verder dan de klassieke lead generation en het verbeteren van de online ROI. Uiteraard identificeer je de voornaamste prestatie-indicatoren (KPI's), zet je online advertentie
- en marketingcampagnes op en monitor je de prestaties ten behoeve van een continue optimalisatie, maar wat deze job pas écht leuk en uitdagend maakt, is dat je nauw samenwerkt met een no-limits-out-of-the-box marketingteam en beschikt over de modernste tools en technologieën om veel eer en voldoening uit je werk te kunnen halen.
Het MarTech-team rekent op jou als aanreiker van proactieve-even-out-of-the-box-ideeën om zowel de vastgoed
- als de verzekeringssector (die allesbehalve saai te noemen zijn in ons geval) naar the next MarTech level te tillen. En dat continu als een soort race tegen de klok. Never a dull moment.
**Automatisatie**
Auto-mates for life. Je bent proactief in het optimaliseren en automatiseren van de systemen en tools om zo een efficiëntere werking en doeltreffendheid over alle afdelingen binnen Hillewaere te realiseren. Je zet applicaties optimaal in en speelt een belangrijke rol in de communicatie van de apps onderling. Kennis van middle-ware Zapier en/of MS PowerAutomate is hiervoor een plus.
**Online marketing**
De belangrijkste bronnen van traffic naar onze bedrijfstakken zijn social media en de zoekmachines. Aan jou om samen met het marketingteam de campagnes te optimaliseren door maximalisatie van de cost per lead. Nieuw kanaal met betere returns? We verwachten de ideeën en input van jou
**Analytics**
Zoals het een ware performance marketeer betaamt, dienen alle efforts gemeten te worden. Je bent perfect op de hoogte van Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics en Meta Business Manager. Je geeft niet enkel de juiste data weer, maar vertaalt deze ook in conclusies en volgende iteraties van het project. Je bent voldoende analytisch om dashboards op te zetten om de KPI’s van de projecten op te volgen.
**Brainstorming**
Je bent de tech-spreekbuis naar het marketingteam (en andersom: you make it happen). Je reikt ideeën aan, geeft feedback over de technische uitdagingen én denkt steeds in oplossingen. Je bent goed op de hoogte van de mogelijkheden van onze huidige tech-stack en databases en denkt creatief en oplossingsgericht mee bij de uitwerking van nieuwe sales
- en marketinginitiatieven.
**Technology scouting**
Je bent continu op zoek naar nieuwe ideeën om te implementeren en kent het SaaS-landschap als je eigen broekzak. Snel even een trial downloaden en checken of het bruikbaar is, is wekelijkse kost.
**Updating en de-bugging**
A (wo)man has gotta do what a (wo)man has got to do. Het is nu eenmaal belangrijk om de bestaande setup van automatisaties en marketing/mail nurturing campaigns te onderhouden, te updaten en aan te passen indien nodig. Er kan wel eens een kleine bug tegen het raam vliegen.
**Customer UI/UX**
Je denkt vanuit de (eind)klant en bent continu aan het screenen op drempels om de conversie te verhogen. Je hebt een goed zicht op de best practices van formulieren, mobile interfaces etc. en hebt een natuurlijk interesse voor consumentengedrag.
En oh ja, als je nog even een paar **grafische skills** kan voorleggen, zou dat helemaal fantastisch zijn.
In deze rol werk je rechtstreeks samen met het IT- en marketingteam. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CTO en het hoofd Marketing en maakt fysiek deel uit van het dynamische marketingteam. Je komt in een omgeving met endless possibilities en een ondernemende yes-we-can-cultuur. Je werkt vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Turnhout of, in overleg, van thuis uit.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Het belangrijkste is dat je ten minste een eerste relevante professionele ervaring (2 à 3 jaar) kan aantonen als performance/digital marketeer. Het type diploma is hieraan ondergeschikt.
- Je bent een creatieve geest en denkt meer out of the box dan erbinnen.
- Je bent digitally native en op de hoogte van de laatste automatisatie en low-code toepassingen.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de laatste online media trends en kan deze vertalen in concreet meetbare projecten.
- Je werkt met een echte growth hacker mindset: kleine tests met beperkte middelen opschalen bij succes. Iteration is your middle name.
