What is France and Benelux Distribution responsible for?
The France and Benelux Distribution team develop strong business partnerships with our clients, who are institutional asset owners, consultants, fund buyers and fund sellers. The Client Service Executive we are hiring will work alongside the external sales team to grow and retain Franklin Templeton’s business with our clients in the Benelux region - with a probable tilt towards Belgium and Netherlands based clients.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Client Service Executive?-
- Prepare product and company specific material; complete questionnaires- Work on existing business RFPs, coordinate “new business RFPs” and ensure that RFPs are delivered in time- Use both internal and external systems to extract fund performance, portfolio and other data items to support client requests- In coordination with external sales colleagues, proactively contact clients to supply them with sales & marketing information, set up meetings or invite them to Franklin Templeton events- Prepare and attend select client meetings together with external sales colleagues- Keep CRM system up-to-date and track all relevant activities and client information
What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?- Bachelor’s degree ideally within the field of Finance and/or economics or equivalent work experience- Previous experience in a sales environment within the financial services industry is required, ideally within Benelux- General knowledge of mutual funds (e.g. SICAV) and investment processes will be advantageous- Strong analytical, organisational and planning skills, proven ability to prioritize effectively- Comfortable developing and maintaining relationships over the phone with strong spoken and written communication skills- Display integrity, manage work pressures and act as a company advocate- Fluency in Dutch and English; French or other languages a plus- Strong team player with the ability to use own initiative.
