Omschrijving:
Als Proces Owner Deviation Handling stuur jij het Proces team aan om er samen voor te zorgen dat alle taken en processen gerelateerd aan het behandelen van deviaties efficiënt, gedocumenteerd en compliant zijn. Je staat in voor de continue monitoring, analyse en verbetering van het Proces om aan alle verwachtingen van de klant en de business te voldoen.
Takenpakket:
- Je coacht het Proces team.
- Je rapporteert op regelmatige basis de ongoing projecten van het Proces aan Steering Teams en Management review.
- Je brengt zowel de PQS vereisten in kaart als de noden van de gebruiker met de bedoeling een efficiënt Proces te ontwerpen en onderhouden.
- Je bewaakt continu de performantie van het Proces en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je coördineert periodic review zodat alle procedures en trainingsmateriaal gelinkt aan het Proces up to date blijven.
- Je streeft naar continu verbeteren van het Proces.
- Je bent aanspreekpunt voor het Proces tijdens audits en inspecties.
- Je doet indien nodig benchmark zowel binnen als buiten Pfizer.
Functieprofiel
- Master opleiding in een wetenschappelijke richting.
- Je bent in staat jezelf te ontwikkelen tot Expert/Specialist in het betrokken Proces.
- Je bent sterk in procesmatig, conceptueel en analytisch denken en gedreven tot het vinden van pragmatische oplossingen en behalen van resultaten. Je kan vanuit de procesaanpak denken en werken (afdeling overschrijdend). Je kan uit de ‘as is’ situatie stappen en een concept uitwerken en vertalen naar de praktijk. Je kan data analyseren om proces optimalisatie in kaart te brengen.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in het Proces. Je hebt een duidelijke visie en kan deze uitdragen naar de organisatie.
- Je hebt kwaliteiten van zowel leider als teamplayer.
- Je bent in staat om nodige wijzigingen in de business te implementeren.
- Communicatief ben je sterk en weet je collega's op verschillende niveaus en van verschillende afdelingen te motiveren, te inspireren en te overtuigen.
- In deze rol werk je samen met de andere proces owners en de proces technician en rapporteer je aan de manager Release Operations.
Work Location Assignment: Flexible
- De Pfizer site in Puurs is één van de grootste productie
- en verpakkingssites van Pfizer wereldwijd, gespecialiseerd in aseptische productie en verpakking. Jaarlijks worden in Puurs meer dan 400 miljoen doses injecteerbare vaccins en medicijnen geproduceerd. Deze zijn ter plaatse verpakt in ampullen, flacons, plastic flessen, spuiten en patronen voor pennen._
- De medicijnen die in Puurs worden gemaakt, zijn bestemd voor patiënten in meer dan 170 landen wereldwijd. 30% van de productie uit Puurs is bestemd voor ontwikkelingslanden, in samenwerking met UNICEF, WHO, GAVI en ngo's._
- Met het gebruik van twee windturbines, zonnepanelen en een warmtekrachtcentrale richten we ons op hernieuwbare energie._
